About a moth ago we started our first raised bed garden. My husband and I have never done much gardening so this was a new venture. We built the first 4×4 frame with an aging piece of 2×6 lumber that we had just laying around. After a trip to Tractor Supply, we came back with 8 bags of Miracle Grow Garden Soil. This stuff is great because it already has fertilizer in it. We filled it to the top and then began our planting. Some were plants and some were from seeds. These are photos of our first garden.
