Vamoose
This was a term I would hear my father say on occasion. It means to go away or leave hastily.
Right now I want the hot weather, the whole Biden Regime, the people that don’t know what gender they are to all Vamoose!
The chaos can parade around me but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord Jesus. It’s time to rejoice and block out all the negative crap.
Recently a friend’s house was hit by a tornado. In hopes of keeping her positive in the aftermath of what is left of her house I painted a rock for her that simply said “Breathe”. At first glace she looked at it and giggled. I instructed her to pick up the rock and hold it in her hands when she was feeling overwhelmed and follow the instructions. No it won’t fix her house but it will help her to take a moment, slow down and appreciate the fact that she was spared from the rubble.
Don’t get so caught up in daily life, doctors appointments and other distractions that you forget yourself.
