Willfully
As you can imagine I could use this word in many ways. Let me just say this word probably describes me pretty good. I can be willfully stubborn at times but so far that has been a stronghold for me.
If you knew my ancestors you could look at my pedigree chart and draw a line to those who also have that same vein of stubbornness.
Its funny that I was very shy and withdrawn as a child but eventually overcame that to some degree. Life tends to give you not necessarily what you want but what you need to survive.
If you sit down and draw out a map of where you think you are going in life I can assure you things will not always go as planned. Sometimes what you think you want will not always get you where you need to be.
On the ship of life it is great to have a course to aim for but always have that life preserver to get you through the rough waters.
