Small Towns

When Jason Aldean’s song “Try That In A Small Town” aired it immediately made a connection with small towns across the country. This was the one song big city people could not relate to.

I was raised in a small town but I have also lived in big cities. Needless to say I prefer the small town life even though some small towns are more liberal than the lyrics.

Most small towns identify with the song and would do whatever it takes to hold on to their values and property. They have what larger cities lack, that commitment to protect not only their property but also their neighbor’s.

Being connected to their roots these small towns can and will continue to survive because of their strong values.

Think you can walk into a small town and take away their firearms? I don’t think so. The song does not exaggerate. In big cities you don’t get attached to anything but in a small town where everyone knows their neighbor everything becomes personal.

Support small towns, strong values, God and country.

I love art, especially photography and painting. My next addition is crafts or primarily needlecrafts. And as if that was not enough, I am a genealogist.
