Hurricane Helene Disaster #2

Here is another organization that has been on the ground in western North Carolina.

These people took water to my great neice and other students that were in lockdown at her college dorm. While the students have since been released to go home, these people are still at work.

Also, if you know anyone in the National Guard, thank them. They were the first feet on the ground after the rain stopped!

Also, you can donate food to area food banks. Some area churches in unflooded areas are collecting supplies.

Will keep the information coming as I collect it.

Urgent Need…How You Can Help Western North Carolina

If you have been on Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, or any number of social media platforms, you now know what has happened to western North Carolina.

While a lot of people want to go to the mountains and physically help, they are asking people to stay away for safety reason to let emergency personnel and authorized organizations that are equipped to help enter those regions.

You can, however, donate to legitimate organizations that can quickly get those funds in use for needed supplies for those affected areas. Here is an article that lists some of those agencies:

I will start a list of my own and post any additional links that can be verified. Beware of scamners, but you can also donate on gofundme sites.

Stay safe, but donate. Surviving this tragedy could depend on you.

Please like and share this information with as many people as possible.
